At Brighton Engineering, we cover all the basics – from project design to installation and startup. We handle the details so you won’t have to. With experience in packaging systems, mechanical and utility installations, bulk ingredient handling systems, process design, and equipment installations, we offer the following services:
- Engineering- Our engineers are experts in sanitary food process and design and implementation and can detail and specify all types of material handling and packaging projects, process systems, and utility support systems to suit any environment. We can plan budgets, provide initial and final designs, and oversee construction and startup.
- Process Controls and Integration- We can provide complete electrical automation, including power distribution, panel design, programming, operator interface design, complete checkout, commissioning, and start-up teams.
- Project Management and Installation- From inception to final installation, we scope, budget, plan, schedule, track, and execute projects. At initial project scope, we look at our clients’ project requirements, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural and controls. Our field construction engineers also monitor all aspects of a project to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. In addition, we work within OSHA safety regulations as well as our clients’ safety programs.
